Our products don't sell themselves off of supermarket shelves; they require special handling, storytelling, and advocacy in order to make it into the end customer's hands. Simply put: Our farm, The Cellars, and our cheeses would not exist without your attention and expertise. Our information sheets contain granular information for each of our cheeses. They review the inspiration for the cheese’s name, technical information about cheesemaking and affinage, as well as service and pairing suggestions. For purchasers, there are additional data about case pack quantities, unit GTIN, and our established shelf life for the cheese.

Unfortunately, we are limited by busy staff, strict food safety standards, and fire code restrictions, so we are unable to host tours for the public of the Farm or Cellars.
